iPhone 11 had been launched in Singapore with much anticipation on 20 Sept 2019 . The new iPhone 11 is loaded with the latest iOS 13 which promised many new features such as the Dark Mode, improved Face ID, faster speed and more. We believe many of you had downloaded this new firmware to your existing iPhone too.
Unfortunately, we had tested the iOS 13 but we found that our BlackVue App keeps prompting connection error even though the WiFi connection is successful.
We are working on this issue now and we believe we could resolve it with the new patch for the BlackVue App in coming days. At this moment, you need to remove the microSD card and run our BlackVue Viewer for PC to access the settings or video. BlackVue Viewer for PC is available for download here.
We apologised for any inconvenience caused.
Stay tuned to our Facebook or Instagram for the next update.

Update: 25 Sep 2019 (5:45pm)
Due to the new algorithm with iOS version 13, we need some time to revise the BlackVue app to overcome this new requirement. Please follow the procedure below as a temporary solution to access the Direct WiFi of BlackVue until we released a new patch for the BlackVue App.
1) Launch BlackVue App
7) Try to establish the WiFi connection as usual procedure after the above changes.
8) If it's not working, please try to reset the power of your iPhone.
