One of the Best Dashcam I have ever tested and tried. The 139" Wide-Angle Len with Night Vision Mode is just simply Awesome! Voice Guidance and Alerts sound quality are so clear. Really a great Dashcam to match my car.

I love the dashcam built-in wifi, easy connectivity and intuitive user interface. Many other dashcam brand's that I have tried needs external wifi that runs quite hot as it's turned on all the time. You can manually turn on BlackVue wifi with a press of a button. This helps keep the dashcam cooler and wifi off when not in use. Most importantly, I park under the sun daily and appreciate BlackVue dashcam high maximum heat tolerance and temperature cut off function. A durable and reliable dashcam with clear camera image during the day and night makes this dashcam perfect for me.

Loop Recording and Adaptive Format Free

The DR590W Series records over the oldest video files first when the microSD card is full, in a seamless loop.
  • Format-Free Technology: 
​Your BlackVue saves and organizes files on the microSD card in a highly efficient way. It reduces the need for formatting the card and prevents file corruption even after multiple write cycles.
  • Storage Capacity up to 256GB
Your BlackVue comes equipped with a U1 (32GB) or U3 microSD Card (64GB, 128GB, 256GB), achieving high transfer speed and tested for durability.

WiFi On/Off and Format Button
​

The DR590W Series features a physical button to toggle Wi-Fi ON and OFF with a short press. 
​

Additionally, you can configure the Wi-Fi activation behavior in the settings (Auto Turn On, Auto Turn Off).


A long press of the button can also be used to format the microSD card without the need for a computer.

External GPS receiver (optional)

​LOG SPEED AND LOCATION ALONG YOUR VIDEOS

The external GPS receiver (approx. 1 meter / 39 inches) adds location and speed data to your videos.

Speed: speed data will be overlaid in the video (can be turned off in the settings).
You can choose to display the speed in Kilometers per hour (Km/h) or Miles per hour (Mph).

Location: you can visualise the location of your vehicle in the BlackVue Viewer’s Map on PC or BlackVue App during video playback.

​Peace of mind with extra security when you are away from your car

​With Parking Mode KITS or BATTERIES, you can rest easy, knowing that your car is being monitored while you are away.
BlackVue automatically switches to Parking Mode to monitor your parked vehicle. ​ 
​Thanks to video buffer, the few seconds leading to triggering events are also recorded.

Scheduled Reboot:
​
Schedule a daily automatic reboot (optional—by default at night) to minimize potential errors. Reboots happen only if the dashcam is in Parking Mode and not writing data to the microSD card. This means no Normal driving, Event, or Parking Mode recording can be interrupted by a scheduled reboot.
