The newly formed Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) unveiled on Monday (2 Dec 2019) its updated projects to battle the new challenges ahead to solve crimes, saves lives and protect public spaces.
Prime Minister Lee Shien Loong officially launched the HTX at Mediapolis at One North.
One of the cutting-edge projects is Xentinel, an anti-drone mobile response vehicle, is able to detect drones up to a kilometre away and requires only one person to operate and can be deployed within minutes.
This special modified vehicle is equipped with BlackVue DR750S-2CH Truck which is a dual-channel cloud dash cam with a waterproof camera for the rear. This model supports Cloud Service with live GPS tracking, remote live view, Event File Auto Upload and more. It also comes with intelligent parking mode, to safely monitor your car when you are away.
