The danger of driving against the traffic flow

More drivers were caught driving against the traffic flow in the past weeks. Thanks to the popularity of dashcam  which recorded such reckless act. One of these incidents proved fatal on 19 Dec 2016, when the Mercedes Benz speeding along AYE in the wrong direction. The link here. 

Driving against traffic flow could cause serious head-on collision and fatality. 

What to do when the car is moving towards you against the flow of traffic?
1) Flashing the headlight to get the driver's attention. 
​2) Slowing down and moving your vehicle to the left-most lane. 
3) Take evasive action to avoid head-on collision.
