New BlackVue service centre

 
Thank you for using BlackVue car dash cam and we are striving to serve you better. We had recently renovated our office with expansion for our service centre and showroom as to cater for our growing customers. While waiting for any service, you can sit and relax in our air-conditioned waiting lounge with free Wifi hot spot, charging stations, drinks and TV entertainment. 
Product demonstration is available at our showroom which is equipped with a training room. If your BlackVue is over the warranty period and needs longer time for service or diagnosis, we will be glad to offer you a free loan unit for a peace of mind. Call our hotline at 61009691 for the express service appointment, we will be able to serve you as soon as you arrive at our address.

I have a dr500gw. I m unable to update the dates for the car cam. After I have set the date, it will reset to 2013 again. Pls advise

Hi, just buy over a 2nd car with the blackvue dash 💨 cam front n back and the Model is DR55K1 . I have registered in the new app, but can't connect . Wifi search shows D650 MODEL.
Anyway to help on this ? Thank

Thank you for using BlackVue. The model you mentioned is not tally with the serial number given. Please ensure that you had switched on the WiFi by pressing the WiFi button.

Hi, I installed my blackvue car cams from Chuan Sing, Serangoon Gdn few years back. Now I have problem with the back cam as the vision is totally dark. Can't see anything. Please advice. Thanks.

Hi

I bought a dash cam two years ago and when I purchase a new car, I forgot to get the cam holder out from the old car. Do you have stock of the holder? The cam is still good and I do not wish to throw it away.

I had a dr550 font and rear, sometime it will ask to check sd card, had replace sd card still the same issue. Can this model still able to repair?

Hi Support, my blackvue dr550 time stamp is incorrect . It is slower than usual. I have updated the firmware and set the region to sg, but the issue still the same. The unit is equiped witn gps but it seem like it does not sync. Appreciate your help and advice.

The below voice messages kept repeating again and again.
- Blackvue for your save driving.
- Starting normal recording.
- Restarting

Any problem with the system and how to reset, if any.

Hi, my rear camera light is on but through the WIFI app, it says no internet connection. I can only view the front camera but not for the rear. Kindly advise. Thank you.

It is normal to the app to show "there's no internet connection" when you are connected to BlackVue. This means that internet connection is not available since you had paired with BlackVue.
As for the rear camera problem, please make sure that the coaxial cable is connected properly.

I have a 2CH DR750BV which I bought first-hand about 4yrs ago.

Been working fine all along but recently both cams wasn't able to connect to live-view.

Updated the firmware and app but handphone still cant connect to live-views of both cams.

I have the same issue:

The voice messages kept repeating again and again.
- Blackvue for your save driving.

Tried reformatting SD. Then bought new SD that's suitable for car cam. It works for a while (a few hours to a day) before it fails to record again.

Should I bring it in for you guys to take a look? I'm using front and back. If the front camera is faulty, can I just replace the front camera? Tks
