How to share your BlackVue Video files?

Here, we would like to explain the easiest way to share your recorded video files using the BlackVue smartphone app. This feature is only available for Cloud Series Dashcam series or other earlier models which comes with built-in WiFi. All models of BlackVue dashcam is recording the video files to the memory card storage. User can always remove the memory card to access the video files but for this topic, it is to explain the procedure of how to share the files which you had transferred to the INTERNAL MEMORY of your smartphone via WiFi. 

Current Cloud Series dashcam includes DR650S-1CH and DR650S-2CH, earlier models such as DR500GW-HD, DR550GW-2CH, DR650GW-1CH and DR650GW-2CH comes with similar feature of WiFi built-in, which doesn't requires users to remove the memory card to access the recorded files. Users can transfer the selected files to the INTERNAL MEMORY of their smartphone through WiFi or Cloud. 
Once you had transferred the files to the INTERNAL MEMORY, you can share the files through other apps available. Due to high resolution video files, the file size is much bigger than 10MB hence you cannot sent it using email. ​

What's App is a very popular application for smartphone hence the video files can be shared easily using our BlackVue app as well. Please take note that when you send the video files through What's App or other messaging app, the original video will be compressed hence the video quality will be compromised (not as clear).  
To maintain the original video quality, we recommend to upload the video to iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or other cloud storage. Once uploaded, you can send the download link to another party to share it.
Another option is to transfer the video files to another storage device such as memory card or your PC. 
For iOS, you can save the files to the Camera Roll, once you connect your iOS device to the PC, you can copy or sync the file out to your computer. 
For Android, you can copy the files manually from the internal memory of your devices to the memory card or computer. The recorded files can be found inside DEVICE STORAGE > BLACKVUEINTERNAL > MOVIES.
