Hit and run + smile recorded on the eve of Chinese New Year

A car's owner noticed a bad dent on the left side of his car before driving off from the car park. It happened on the eve of Chinese New Year! When he reviewed the recorded video from his BlackVue DR650 series dashcam, he was shocked to find out

that the lady driver who was caught hitting his car , came down and checked on the actual damage done. Later, she just drove off and parked her car elsewhere instead. Few minutes later, she walked passed the same car with her passenger laughing at the victim's misfortune.
