New firmware available for the following BlackVue dashcam models:
DR750S Series (version 1.004) and DR650S Series (version 1.011):
These new versions primarily targets Cloud users with the Live Auto-upload feature. This feature provides real-time cloud backup of the Event recordings (impact and manually triggered). Handy when recordings on the SD card are lost/damaged or the dashcam is stolen.
2. To further configure Live Auto-upload settings, go to BLACKVUE CLOUD > Tap the ” ⋮ ” next to your
dashcam’s name (the dashcam must be online) > Live Auto-upload settings.
3. Once a Live Auto-upload recording is saved in the Cloud, you can access it this way: BLACKVUE CLOUD
> Tap your dashcam’s icon or name > Live Auto-upload footage.
Event files uploaded to cloud will be automatically deleted:
a) After 2 days for free cloud users
b) After 7 days for paid cloud users (Basic and Smart Plan)
4. Improved Wi-Fi connection process.
This firmware is compatible with the latest version BlackVue App only, as well as the BlackVue Windows/ Mac Viewer from download page.
Please make sure you update both the BlackVue App and BlackVue Viewer to enjoy the new features and improvement.
