Hi. I have the 490 2 CH.

I have: a) downloaded the Viewer (1.14); b) inserted my SD card in my PC laptop; c) formatted the SD Card; d) downloaded the firmware update (1.1.476) ; and e) extracted it and copied and pasted it the the SD Card.

When I open the viewer and click on "i" I still get the error message "firmware 1.11 unavailable." Can you help?

Thank you for using BlackVue.
After copy the firmware to the memory card, please make sure you insert the memory card to the BlackVue and power ON. This will install the firmware to the dashcam and when it reboots and starts normal recording, you can access the settings using the PC viewer by removing the memory card again.
