Beyond the horizon

BlackVue extends its capabilities beyond the horizon with "Over the Cloud".

With Cloud service on the uptrend, it comes as little surprise that more devices utilise it to enhance the productivity on the go. BlackVue had jumped the bandwagon and introduced the "BlackVue Over the Cloud" 
which combines its range of dashcams with cloud services. ​

You can now benefit from features such as video backup, real-time GPS tracking, emergency alarm to name a few. 
How does it work, then? Simply download the BlackVue app on your smartphone or tablet and you're able to locate the exact location of your car from your smartphone. With the "Live View" function, users can monitor your car in real time useful for parents who want to keep track of their child's whereabouts behind the wheel! What a reckon that would be useful from a safety standpoint would be the emergency alarm function. For instance, it can alert you once it detects an impact in "Parking Mode".
Other features include GPS tracking, where you can view your car's location and speed on a map with the smartphone. And if you're at home viewing the vehicle's progress, you can help to alert the driver about potential congestions, with two-way voice communication. Brilliant!
The BlackVue records the video to the memory card by default, but the users have the the option to copy files to the Cloud or their smartphone directly from the app. And remote video playback functions allows you to view videos stored in the memory card or Cloud storage anytime, anywhere. ​
